Believe it or not, this is one of the questions that torment men since they start growing body hair. Just do a search on popular forums and sites where you give answers and you will find tons of questions pertaining the same topic. But, what is really better a hairy chest or a hairless chest?

The question seems to be more geared towards what girls like. This is one of the topics where there really is no clear inclination to on or other answer. Men, there are girls for everyone! I’m a man with chest hair, I can’t deny it and I’m not ashamed of it.  My wife loves it, I love it, and all the men in my family are proud chest-haired men. 

But then summertime comes, and I can’t seem to get a nice tan! And it is not because I’m using tons of solar protection.  It is because my chest hair is in the way! Has this happened to you?

You know, tanning has its benefits: it makes you look slimmer and younger (as long as you don’t become tanorexic!).  Is there a solution that doesn’t mean shaving your hair completely?

The answer is yes, I have found that I can get a nice tan if I TRIM my chest hair.  Now, this is not such a big secret, I bet you have been thinking about it.  But I didn’t do it before because I lacked the correct tool (my regular hair trimmer took some time to evenly trim my chest hair).  Now I use the Norelco Bodygroom.

To this day, for me, the Norelco Bodygroom is the best body hair trimmer.  It works great – if only it didn’t take too much time to charge… but well, nothing is perfect isn’t it? You have to use one of the attachment combs that come with the Norelco Bodygroom and pass the shaver. I recommend first trying the number three first, and then check if you feel comfortable with the length. 

Now, this solution might work best if you have a not thickly populated hair area.  If that is the case, maybe waxing is a better option to get that tan.  You know, shaving your chest is not such a big deal like it used to be.  It never hurts giving it a try.

Enter Sugaring. The sweetest way to remove unwanted hair.

Sugaring is the latest trend in hair removal for both men and women (although it’s been around for about 1000 years!). You could say that is the evolution of waxing, because basically the procedure is the same, with just one difference : you could enjoy eating some of the mix used. Since it is a body shaver, I was thinking of risking my body hairs and using the shaver to shave off my head, kind of like a buzz cut, and my armpits to see if it helps control body oder or gives my arms a better look at the beach this summer.
